The Sottoriva lab and the Graham lab (Barts Cancer Institute - Queen Mary University of London) have established EPICC (Evolutionary Predictions in Colorectal Cancer), a unique collaboration to decipher the mechanisms of colorectal cancer growth, progression and dissemination in each individual patient, with the objective of anticipating the future course of the disease in large, clinically annotated cohorts.
